In addition, we can undertake builds where the purchaser is involved from the very start, and are happy to work with them from the design stage, right through to the choice of internal fittings.

A Word From Nick
I obtained a degree in Estate Management from Reading University and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1992.
I have over 30 years of experience in the UK property sector, starting my career in London in 1989 for a large firm of international property consultants doing professional work and commercial agency and development work in the London and South West area.
I became a partner in a niche firm of property developers specialising in quality new build and barn conversions in the south-west in 1998, which I have continued to do to date
I have carried out developments from 1 bedroom houses to large country houses set in fully landscaped grounds, and from single plot developments to multi-plot phased developments.
